Time and Material
Model of billing clients for actual work scope based on hourly rates of labour;
Client is charged for the amount of hours spent on a specific project, plus costs of materials;
The main advantage of T&M model is flexibility and opportunity to adjust requirements, shift directions, replace features, etc.
Fixed Price Contract
We predetermine how much the project will cost and we work within the contract’s scope;
The client knows that the project won’t exceed a certain amount;
It is predictable and transparent, and both sides understand the vision and expectations.
